K-12: Teaching meaningful career experiences and hold impactful career and postsecondary conversations with students K-12 by helping them identify their interests and abilities and aligning them to post-secondary opportunities. The curriculum will play a critical role in students’ career development by introducing them to colleges and careers and providing learning and experiential opportunities for students to acquire behaviors and skills for postsecondary readiness.

K-8: Helping students to realize their potential, achieve their dreams and become productive citizens. Introducing students to a variety of careers and career clusters.

9-12: Helping students understand the connection between school and postsecondary opportunities, explore their interests, abilities, specific career clusters and postsecondary plans and make a successful transition to postsecondary education and the world of work. Collaborating with students, families, educational staff and the community, school counselors work to ensure all high school students select their best postsecondary path.
Social Emotional Skill
A curriculum that promote social/emotional development improve social behavior and academic performance and reduce problematic behaviors and emotional distress.The goal is to enhance their social/emotional development and attain the mindsets and behaviors needed for success while recognizing that growth in the three domains of academic, career, and social/emotional development is necessary for students to be successful now and later in life.

As a K-12 program, the students will be part of a community that provides safe, positive, nurturing environment that is conducive to learning.
